gloucester county nj sheriff sale
Hello
I'm looking for someone that has either attended sheriff sale or actually goes to the Gloucester co
sheriff sale in NJ, I'm looking to purchase a property that is going to sheriff sale soon, and hoping the opening bid or default the bank is looking to collect is below market value for a quick flip
I would just like experience sheriff sale buyers to please fill me in, I'm aware of title search and 20% cash down on the day of bidding, need to pay title fees etc. but I'm new and anything helps
