Getting team together
So I've been on the forums for over a year and a half and I finally got the right mindset. After chasing all the shinny objects that I could find in REI (and there are a lot) i.e. whether investing here in my home state NY or investing out of state. I finally decided to invest in my community here in Yonkers NY. Of course like most beginning investors I plan on wholesaling first and then buy and hold here in the Yonkers area. I started a meetup group here in Yonkers and if anyone on BP is interested in meeting up with me and talking about what I plan to do please feel free to DM me. I'm looking for a good lawyer, CPA, and contractor as well. If anyone on BP has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
