Anyone use an app for estimating rehab
Does anyone have an app that they use while walking through a house they use to estimate rehabs? Im looking for one that will have the cost already with the repair.

@Lelith Walker and @John Morgan phone apps are a great resource. check out "invest home pro", "Joist", "home inspection checklist", they are pretty cool.
