No doc or low doc refi loans

I have a 2 unit that is owned 100% worth around 125k. I'm looking to pull 75 to 80 k out. Due to a bad partner on another real estate deal my credit is dinged pretty bad. Does anyone know of no doc or low doc loans being offered?
