Hey BP Members,

I'm launching a marketing campaign for Multi-Family buildings in Orlando. They will be at wholesale price as well. I have never worked in this market so I would like to connected with seasoned investors in the area in which I can go shopping for.

Any advice on investing in Orlando is appreciated as well

Thanks

Orlando does not have many multi families in good areas. Most of them are old and/or in higher crime areas. A lot of investors here looking for quality multi-families.
