Hi everyone,

I got Pre-approved for 250k, I need suggestions on what kind of investment should I get into for the first time?  I was thinking a duplex/triplex, live in one rent the other?

House hacking a plex can be a great way to get started if you don't have a large family. Scott Trench has a great story there.
