First Wholesale Deal Under Contract

Hello,

I have my first wholesale deal under contract with the seller. What is the best way to find cash buyers (Craigslist, REI Clubs, BP, etc.)? The home is a 4 bedroom, 1 full bath and 2- 1/2 baths with minimal repair work needed ($15k-$18k), it's located in a decent area of Aurora, IL.
