Hello, I'm looking into the Las Vegas market for a multi family unit. This would be my first out of state investment and am interested in Las Vegas due to its rental stability and cash flow possibility. I am looking to buy and hold, not flip or wholesale. What are the best neighborhoods to invest it? Are you bullish on Vegas right now for a buy and hold? Anyone know a great agent to connect me with? Also if anyone knows a good PM to pint me to that would be great. Any other info also helpful. Thanks!
