Hello folks,

I want to better understand which cities is the BP investor community is focusing for turnkey investments in the price range of 60-80K. I am focusing on Cleveland and St. Louis suburbs at this point and wanted to see which other cities are good candidates for turnkey buy and hold investments.

Thanks,

Navin

If you buy an investment property in Cleveland you have the ability to jump right on the Cavs bandwagon without looking like a total poser. You can justify your CAVS fandom by saying something like, "I'm not a bandwagon fan, I own rentals in Cleveland" and everyone will think you are cool and hip and sexy.

You want to be cool and hip and sexy
