First House Flip, feedback, advice

Hey Community, I would just like to reach out to you guys for some best practices or advice you may have as far as listing a first property for sale. I am new to REI, 23 years old & from NYC. A partner and I just finished our first project. The contractor had just finished the property we bought from a wholesaler for 51K, Rehab costs were about $27,500. Our plan of action is to aggressively hold open houses for this property throughout the weekends. It is located Bridgeport, CT), potentially taking turns commuting there because we do have our jobs back in the city. We will have photos that we take of the property and list it FSBO. The plan of action here is obviously take the best offer without leaving it on the market for too long for a first project. Any feedback or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading! I will keep this project up to date as well for you guys, as this is a learning experience for myself & whoever else is getting started out as well.
