Renting homes on Boerne, Tx
Good morning!
I am new to Bigger Pockets and excited about investing in real estate and learning from others. I just recently rent a house in Boerne, TX that I had lived in for about two years. My mortgage after refi is about $1050. Rent is $1650 and I am paying about $165 to a property manager. There are two more houses on the same street that I want to buy to rent. I'm looking into investing ideas to be able to acquire these properties too. I'm also looking for other investors in my area (San Antonio, TX) who would be open to partnering. The two houses that I'm looking at are being sold by the owner. No real estate companies are selling these properties.
