Military Off-Base housing market
What's you guys opinion on buy-hold properties around military bases?! Any advantages / cons
Would love to hear about this as I'm a veteran myself and have stayed at these properties before right around the base where most of the time you can guarantee rental income since they are military individuals who are bound by the base to pay on time.
Anyone doing such investments at the moment?
