Wholesale
Ok So i am new to this real estate adventure. I was told that wholesaling was the way to go since i am just starting out. The problem is that I dont have a car. Is it possible to wholesale properties without any means of transportation? Also I need to find a flipper or someone that buys houses in the Douglasville GA area the can mentor me and guide me. Any suggestions?
