Aloha

I need some guidance.

An opportunity has came up on North Shore of Oahu where I currently reside. I am trying to buy 14 acres of at land and have a serious business plan.

The cost to get the property is 200k down.

All my cash is invested in my current residence. We are constructing a new home. It has been appraised by a listing broker for 1.1 million once complete.

I currently owe 490000 on the property.

Because we are under construction getting an equity loan is difficult for what the property could be worth.

How and where is the bestway to get 200k assistance? I would be willing to pay 10% on the 200k at close of sale
