I am 21 and am a new investor. I did my first deal will be closing on Friday. Bought the house for $77k put 22k into it and am selling it for $125k. Anyone in ohio want to connect? Possibly looking for a mentor I can work with! I have a lot of drive and ambition now just need direction!
