MLS Comps in Oklahoma
How do you get MLS sales and rental comps without a realtor in Oklahoma?
In Texas there are services like Lifestyles Quest, Investway, and Propelio that for a monthly fee of around $80 will pull mls comps for you so you don't have to bug realtors or wait on them!
After a lot of research I'm thinking I either need to become an unlicensed realtor assistant or actually become a licensed realtor to pull comps.
I tried RealtyTrac, RealQuest Express, and a bunch of other services. But they are expensive and they don't come near providing the kind of information that the Texas companies provided.
Thoughts?
