Wanted: advice on making an offer
Hello all: I am asking some advice on how to make an offer on a condo that needs to be rehabbed in the kitchen and bath which would take maybe one month to complete. Experienced investors who own it and the 1bed/1bath is a good rental property---1500 to 1600/month when rented. ARV is 160,000 and it will be around 30k to update kitchen / bath. My initial verbal offer was nicely rejected but have agreed to let me come back next week with my contractor to give a rehab cost estimate. I want to make an offer when I visit next week when I have this 2nd visit.
