My first property under contract.
Hello everybody, I just received news from my realtor that I now have my first house under contract. I am very happy this process was long. They denied my offer 3 times then excepted my offer. The next day they put the house out for highest bid I lost. Then I find out three weeks later that the other deal fell threw. So I finally i go the property under contract. hope I do not have anymore issue come up.
