I am looking to start a direct mail campaign , I would like to know what you guys use as far as gathering data ? Do you use RealtyTrac or Listsource or an independent marketing company that targets distressed homeowners that you can recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated ,Thanks in advance for your time and help!
