For those of you who make deals remotely, what's your workflow like? How do YOU:
1 - Find the right property/neighborhood?
2 - Seek out trustworthy contractors and managers?
3 - Monitor rehab progress and property condition?
It seems like opening up your market borders to include places you've never seen is the key to big-time expansion (and making an organization bigger than yourself). How do YOU do it?
