Land Voice, Vulcan 7, Red x, Etc
I'm looking to have my assistant cold call leads looking for actual houses for us to buy not listings. I know I want to call FSBO's. Debating Expired. Also open to Probate & Some of the other perks.
Of the services which do you think is worth the cost? Looks like Vulcan & Land Voice get better reviews. I used Arch Agent in the past and was not impressed.
