Purely anecdotal, it seems like homes aren't being snatched up as quickly as they were 6 months ago. Thoughts?

I am a little north of you in Ventura County.  Here are the numbers for the 10 major cities in our county for June.  I know we're not LA, but figured some might be interested in our numbers as we are located in Southern California.

# of months inventory: 1.32
# of homes sold: 780
Average listing price: $589,337
Average Sale Price: $608,706
Percent difference between listing and sale price: 3.3%
Average price per square foot: $325.69
Average Days on Market (DOM): 62
