cost to build duplex Delray Beach, Fl
We currently own a 2 story duplex in Delray Beach. Our property is zoned up to ten units and we were interested to determine cost to build possibly another duplex on this land. Interested in finding someone (builder?) in the area to help us determine the cost and feasibility of this venture.
Our current duplex is a simple spanish style rectangle with a footprint of 800 sqft. (It is an upstairs and downstairs apartment of 800 sqft each.) We would like to maintain the simple shape and style for the second stucture.
