Hello BP my name is Carlos and I'm new to the real estate industry and decided to join BP about a month ago to gain knowledge in the field. I recently took my real estate course so I could obtain my license to use for my advantage in investing in real estate. I recently just passed my course exam and state exam, seeking a real estate broker to license me now. But anyways my plan is to purchase a duplex or triplex within the next 1-3 months. I've been studding and researching for almost a year now and I'm ready to start putting in some offers once I obtain my real estate license, which should be soon.

My question whats your strategy in putting in a offer? I want a good deal, because I've learned that you make money when you buy. I've also heard to make an offer that you feel almost embarrassed to present. Not sure what will work for me, but I'd like to know strategies you do or have done..

Thank you BP in advance.
