Hi,

I'm working on a house right now and need help please!

ARV: 330-340K

Repairs: 20K

Loan balance: 327K

I was thinking perhaps taking over the payments and put in a renter but it seems far fetched because of the repairs needed.

Seller wants to move to another state.

Is this a dead lead?

Suggestions please!  Thanks!
