Ads on Zillow and Craigslist, open house every 7 - 10 days, working with buyer's agents, show when asked. Buyers come, say nice things, and never heard from again.
Did I misunderstand my comps? Is it because there's only 2 bedrooms? Is it price? Go to flat fee MLS or a full service agent? Tried it my way, need help from the BP gang. Thanks.

When your sick you go to a Dr.
When your car breaks down you go to a Mechanic.
When you need to sell your house you hire a Realtor.
