Can any inform, the first step in multi family investing.   Looking for financing options but no luck, had a couple of properties but could structure the deal in a manner for a win win situation.  Where would be a good place to seek assistance.

I'm buying a duplex in the Cleveland area, conventional loan, 30 year fixed, 25% down. Does not get much simpler than that.
