Has anyone else had a bad experience with Realtybid.com
I have had a house under contract with realtybid since may that it on it's fourth contract extension that is showing no signs of closing. Every time I try to call the closing department I cannot get anyone on the phone or get a call returned. Auction.com may not be the greatest company but at least they will get a house closed.
