Renting to family

Hello BP, hope all is well.  I am getting pretty close to closing on my first property.  It is a Multifamily both of the apartments are currently being rented, the current renters have about 6 months left on the lease. Both apartments are rented by family members, and when the lease is up I would like to have new tenants move in.  One of the apartments has a perfect payment history, the other not so much.  Any suggestions as to how I can have them move, without it being awkward? I don't think this will make or break the deal but it is a concern of mine.
