Fha on 4 plex

Let's say I buy a 4 plex under fha I know u have to live in one unit for a year but what if I decide I don't like the neighborhood after I move in and decide to leave before the year. Would there be any problem if they were to find out as long as I pay the mortgage on time would there be any problems.
