New Investor
Hi I am fairly new to bigger pockets and really enjoy the forums. I am looking to invest in my first property ideally within the next 6 months. I am a realtor and do have a specific location that I would like to purchase in, because I feel comfortable with the knowledge I have on that location. I am trying to make sure I am investigating all possible options when searching for this first property. I was just wondering what everyone's process is when searching for investment properties? Any comments or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
