Cement Fiber Siding - Possible Asbestos

Has anyone encountered this kind of issue during an inspection?

If so, what was the cost of rectifying this issue of asbestos was found?

My contractor is dealing with this at one of his properties.

He purchased an older place of course and doesn't know what to expect from a worse case scenario cost wise.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
