Looking to invest anywhere NICE.
I have 2mil cash ready to invest. I am interested in sfh 1300sf and bigger in A-B neighborhoods. 1% Rule minimum. No schools below 7/10 and average should be 8/10 - 9/10. Houses should be where you or I would want to live.
I am a numbers guy and I do research. Of course I would like to finance most of the deals until I cannot get financing anymore.
Goal is to do 1-2 deals every 1-2 months, unless I can figure out a way to scale it quicker.
Send me good deals, we can definitely partner up if I see that you have done research and prepared a good deal. I of course will travel anywhere in the country to inspect personally.
