Is there any Buy and Hold investors with experience in this area of the Atlanta metro? What's your thoughts and experiences there? Inquiring minds ( at least mine) want to know.

I love the Jonesboro rental market. I have a rental there that was my first primary residence. The prices are high now like the rest of the GA but if you can find good deals, do it. I am constantly looking for deals there also. I think it is one of the better cities in the south metro region. Maybe it's because it neighbors Fayetteville. From my experience, it is a very solid rental market. I bought it for $40k in 2011, cashed out refi and now it's renting for $1000.
