Finding National Buyers

I have a lot of inventory for single family homes and smaller apartment buildings that are fully leased. I am running out of local buyers and am wanting to tap into buyers outside Indiana. Where is the best place to prospect new single family home portfolio and apartment buyers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
