Property manager advice

my wifes real estate agent is managing one of our rental properties. I received this email from him the other day:

"The current tenant contacted me last month telling me he wanted to purchase the unit so I told him to put it all in writing with the same Realtor who helped him rent it in 4/1/15. Today we received the attached paperwork with his offer to close in 30 days. Please review in detail & let me know how we should respond as market continues to shift. Updated sold comps to follow.

Btw, what's your gut feeling about the market in the next 2-3 years in West Houston vs Heights vs Austin?"

So my question to the forum is my property manager looking out for my interests or his?
