SO if there is ANY OUT OF STATE INVESTORS , i wanna invest into a 4plex in FL but i'm in NJ so i need ed vice on how to do that so i could eve flip it or BRRR it i need advice and help!!!!!!!!

HELP ME ON ADVICE ON OUT OF STATE INVESTING
