Hello,

I like the beach areas -Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach. Also - I would snoop area Mayport. There is a nice pool of military people in that area.
I only know theses areas because we specialize in beachside properties. I love salt life folks. We bought a duplex in 2013 and cash flows very nicely. Since then the appreciation has been awesome.
