Closing Company -

A quick question: do I really have to go with the closing company that a real estate agent is using, especially if he represents the seller?

May you please recommend a closing company whose object really is to reduce cost for the investor?

I am talking about fees where are over inflated and could be reduced. Please shed some light. Thanks.
