Buying a condo in Mexico's Riviera Maya

Hi All, 

Im looking into purchasing a Condo in A-nah Villages, on the Rivera Maya.  Anyone familiar with this developer, or have purchased with them?  Also just wondering if anyone has bought in that area at all, and how it went?

Lastly, I am looking for an attorney for the transaction.  Any recommendations?
