If you CAN close, you are ahead of most "investors" with no money. As Ned stated, everything sounds simple. It isn't. Please ignore the bad advice from people about bogus escape clauses. If you want to make the best money, start doing buy and hold rentals. Slowly build your holdings up and watch your income grow.
