Looking for lenders that will lend on properties in Butte, MT 59701. Looking for 20 - 30 year amortization on rental properties as well as cash out refinancing. Please let me know if you have lenders that will do this or if you are a lender that will. Thanks! Brad Coyne

5.5% interest. 

I would recomend hunting down deals in butte.  Have you been "driving for dollars". This is how we have found some great deals in a market that others have said is to expensive. Keep up the momentum!
