Need an attorney or title company referral in Riverside, CA

A friend is an executor dealing with a property in Catheral City in Riverside County which I understand is near Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs.  Property will be sold as soon as title is clear.  

Apparently there are title issues and I need a referral to an attorney or title company so I can have her connect with them to resolve the issues?  Can anyone help me out?  Please PM me.
