Hello BP, I am a new to real estate and still searching for my very first property. I'm in the chicago area and was wondering who are the best agents to contact to help with closing wholesale deals. I eventually want to become a landlord. But due to funding I am pursing wholesaling first.

I met a nice agent on here her name is @Melissa Szanati Ive never asked if she helps closing wholesale deals but it'd be worth connecting with her and seeing.
