Houston, Seller Finance Deals

I am an investor in San Diego and am looking to build a rental portfolio in the Houston area. I would like to start building my portfolio through seller financing. I can give money down and work out terms. I would like to get multi family properties but will also take any SFR that are offered. I'm looking to work with some investors in the Houston area. I do have family in the area and it's not to expensive to travel back and forth to check out properties.
