I'm looking at a 4plex that is scheduled to be auctioned by a Trustee in Nov. Any advice?

Trying to get info on rents, tenants, etc, but all I can find is foreclosure info. Is it possible to get that?

FMV is 450k, starting bid is 310k, just 3k is past due.
