Their website appears to me like the front of an advance fee lending scam. Real crappy broken links lists don't work. Claim to have deployed billions but operate from all virtual offices. International "locations" but only English website.

Do not send money, if they are getting you a loan any fees can come out of the loan. Period.

suspect you will not get what you seek... there are no fantasy low interest loans unless you go through complete federal underwriting.. that's simply a fact.. or you are qualified to borrow from a company like B 2R which will put you through a thorough proctorial exam before lending you any money..

try Cogo   LIma one  Lending one  lending home  these are legit lenders and of course Charlie does HML if you need that.

What I would do is use a local lender who you can talk to. Someone who is in your REIA. Someone who has been used by others and has a track record. Dont be the first one that you know to use a certain lender.

one simply goes to this page and type in the company or the person name.. if you type my name in my license number comes up.... I just tried it... gives where I am licensed etc.. I am currently inactive so it states that.

As for states that require this ...

OR  CA NV AZ are states I know for sure require NMLS and State licensing to legally lend money as a company or more than a handful of loans a year as a private lender.

Most states have a carve out to allow you to do a few loans with your  own money a year.. but if your representing your self as a lender or company you need to be licensed and I can tell you this is not like Wholesaling real estate or IE selling RE without a license..

These states will take their pound of flesh if your turned in or caught doing loans without proper creds.

These are for any rehab loans on 1 to 4 units.. regardless of purpose or entity.   so basically 99% of what people on BP are looking for money to do deals  .

I saw one on BP @Mindy Jensen  that was on the right side of the opening page advertising very cheap rates so I popped on their website and sure enough they say they lend in 50 states yet they have no licesne.. maybe when you call them and say what state they say Opps not that one.

thanks for posting.. I got hit again yesterday by a scammer... he PM  me ... he said he was a private lender in NV... well NV requires licensure for doing 1 to 4 unit loans regardless of purpose or entity.

I asked him for his license numbers in NV and his NMLS which is also required to legally lend in NV.. he responds

" its too early in the game to give out that private information "   LOL  too funny.. this is all public record.. you either have the license and you simply look up the company or the individual on the NMLS website  or the state website.. they are either licensed or not..

total scammer hopefully BP gets rid of yet another pump and dump due diligence scammer.

We need folks like you to ask the simple question.. there is enough legit lenders on this site to easily ferret out the scammers and help you folks not lose money and or waste time and or MISS DEALS because the funds never arrive

That's so true.. I had a broker who i won't name walk me right into a scam that I'm still trying to recover from which led me to do all the ground work myself and to BP.

So now i research as much as i can and get the opinion of great investors such as yourselves.
