Anyone else having trouble finding deals?

I have made about 20 offers in the last month (mostly MLS listings) and have not gotten one deal. These are for fix and flips. I have still been finding deals on rentals, but that has become tougher as well.

Hopefully as soon as I post this I will find some deals!
