BUYING AT AUCTION BOOK
I am a wholesaler and have done some rehabs over the last year as well and I need a good book to read on buying at auction here in California. I need to know the ins and outs of every aspect from start to finish on the process of this and all the little things to watch out for. Any suggestions on good books on this to get me started????

I dont know if such a book exists, though it definitely should!
I have been to over 30+ tax sale auctions and have seen first hand amateur investors lose their shirts bidding on properties without doing their DD. I am interested to see if anyone else can name a book on the subject. If not, id be happy to provide a bulletpoint guide to help you out.
