Birddogs! Do you use them?! If so, how?
I have a few folks who occasionally send me leads on run-down houses in my mid-sized market.
I'd like to know how YOU utilize birddogs!
- How do you have them submit leads?
- Are there Apps/Tools on the market you effectively utilize to streamline the lead process?
- If so, do those apps integrate into your existing CRM/data management programs?
